Customer Reviews
Decent, but slow shipping
I ordered the 12 month subscription as a gift. The concept of personalized letters and the educational activity packs are great. My nephew enjoys the content, especially the recipe cards and country specific stationery. However, the initial shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days for the first box. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note if you're on a tight schedule. Otherwise, a solid product for encouraging reading.
Good value, first purchase
I grabbed a 6 month subscription during their Christmas gift offer. The discount was pretty decent, making the overall cost feel worth it. The first pack came with a world map poster and some activity pages. My daughter really enjoyed the creative writing prompts. It's a nice change from other learning kits we've tried, and I feel like I got good value for my money.
Fun for the kids
Got the monthly letter pack for my niece and she loved it. The cat stickers were a big hit. It was pretty easy to set up the subscription. The letters came about when they said they would. Good way to get them reading without a screen.
Letters from a cat
This was my first time trying Banjo Robinson. I got a 6 month subscription for my son. The initial setup was straightforward. The letters and travel stickers arrived within about 5 days to reach Denver. He really liked the idea of getting mail from a globetrotting cat and spent a while with the activity pages. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about the delivery schedule. Everything was as described on the website, and the quality of the stationery and coloring sheets was good. It's a legitimate and creative way to get kids interested in geography and writing.
Always a great experience
I've ordered the 12 month subscription for my nephew for the third time now. Each year, the quality of the personalized letters and activity packs is consistently high. They arrived on time as usual. It's a reliable gift that he always looks forward to. I like that I can count on them for a good, screen-free activity.
Screen-free fun
The monthly letter packs are great. My kids love getting mail. The educational activity packs are well-made. It encourages them to read and write more, which is what I wanted. Definitely a good option for screen-free activities.

My kiddo is 4, is Banjo Robinson good for that age? Or is it more for slightly older kids?
Curious about how long these letters actually take to get here. I'm in California, would love to know if it's super slow mail.
Hey guys, thinking of getting Banjo Robinson for my niece for Christmas. Do they do any first box discounts or anything like that?
how does this compare to Little Passports? I've been eyeing both but can't decide.
Does anyone know if Banjo Robinson does sibling discounts? I have two kids who would both love this but two full subs would add up.
